Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Inspect job sites with client, sales and adjuster to prepare detailed scopes of work and repair estimates in Quickbooks or Xactimate in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and negotiate estimates with clients.
• Facilitate communications between the adjuster, the client and the sales representative.
• Provide Project Managers with appropriate scopes of work.
• Work with office staff to ensure they have all the proper documentation during each phase of the bidding process.
• Assist in providing proper information for invoicing.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
